Mini Fuel Cell. Several thousand of this remarkable alkaline electrolyte fuel cell have been sold. It is incedibly easy to use, and does not need a hydrogen supply. It can run on a wide range of liquid and solid fuels, which are dissolved in the electrolyte. Methanol, windshield washer fluid, alcohol are possible fuels, but for best performance sodium borohydride is used. Believed to be the lowest cost fuel cell on the market. |
